1. Shipping Location

Currently, Preston Cycles ships only to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are not yet able to offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our delivery options in the future.

2. Processing Time

After placing your order, please allow us up to 1 to 2 business days to process your order. During this time, we will:

  • Verify your payment
  • Prepare your items for shipment
  • Ensure everything is properly packed for safe delivery

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, you can expect it to be delivered within 4 to 10 business days. Delivery times depend on your location within the UK and the shipping carrier. While we aim to meet these delivery times, please keep in mind that shipping may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-demand periods like holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

At Preston Cycles, we are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no additional charges for standard shipping—what you see at checkout is what you pay. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees, ensuring that you get the best value for your purchase.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly. Depending on the size of your order, location, and delivery method selected, your package may be delivered by a variety of carriers including:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD
  • Hermes
  • Other trusted UK carriers

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available) so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if available). You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey online. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available for all shipments and may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

7. Delivery Delays

We understand that timely delivery is important to you, and we always strive to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, certain factors such as extreme weather, postal strikes, and high-volume seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday) may cause delays that are outside of our control.

If we anticipate any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the event of an unexpected delay, we kindly ask for your patience, and we will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

8. Delivery Restrictions

Currently, Preston Cycles only ships to United Kingdom addresses. We do not currently offer shipping to international locations or to UK offshore territories (such as the Isle of Man or Channel Islands).

If you have an address that is outside of the standard UK delivery zones, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can accommodate your request.

9. Shipping Address Accuracy

It’s extremely important to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. Preston Cycles is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. Before submitting your order, double-check the following:

  • Shipping address (including postcode)
  • Contact information (email and phone number for delivery updates)

10. Lost or Damaged Items

While we take great care in preparing and packaging your order, occasionally, issues may arise during transit. If your order is lost, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us immediately.

  • photo of the damaged goods (if applicable)
  • description of the problem

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, either by sending you a replacement item or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

11. Partial Shipments

In the rare event that part of your order is out of stock, we may need to ship part of your order separately. If this happens, we will notify you in advance and ensure that you are not charged additional shipping fees. You will receive tracking details for each part of your order once it has been dispatched.

12. Cancellations and Changes to Orders

Once an order is placed and processed, we typically cannot make changes to it. However, if you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it. You may be able to return the item after delivery according to our Refund Policy.

13. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend:

  2. Contacting the carrier for more details on the status of the shipment.
  3. Ensuring that no one else in your household or at your address has received the package.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please reach out to us within 30 days of shipment, and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We will do our best to resolve the issue or offer an alternative solution.

14. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your items, provided they are in unused and unopened condition and in their original packaging.
